Terms of service.
These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of fiveline.studio (the "Site"), operated by Five Line Studio, LLC ("Five Line Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company located at 2290 Queens Way, Naples, FL 34112, United States. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data in violation of these Terms, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
2. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the Five Line Studio name and mark, game titles such as Mythics TCG, designs, code, and other materials — are owned by Five Line Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's contents without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law (such as fair use).
3. Our games and apps
Our games and applications are distributed through third-party platforms (such as Roblox, Steam, and the Apple App Store) and may be subject to additional terms — including the platform's own terms of service and any end-user license terms presented within the product. Where those additional terms conflict with these Terms with respect to a given product, the additional terms control for that product.
4. Client work
Development services described on the Site (including the "Build with us" page) are offered for informational purposes. Any engagement is governed by a separately signed agreement, and nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of services, timelines, or outcomes.
5. Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following a link is at your own discretion.
6. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIVE LINE STUDIO, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Five Line Studio, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
9. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
